The British Academy Home Stagers has its roots in the Home Stagers business
concept, which began life in 1995 as an idea by founder Tina Jesson.
In 1995 Tina first applied simple design techniques to help update her property on a very tight budget and found that it helped her to sell.
She then ran her own re-styling business in the 1990’s to test the home selling market for ‘professional home staging’, before establishing the Home Stagers business with business partner Jillian Hinds, and then the Home Stagers website, www.homestagers.co.uk was launched.
They went on to develop the Home Stagers Network and the British Academy of Home Stagers, with the Professional Home Staging training programme.
Their Home Stagers UK business grew to become the first nationwide professional home staging business, with the unique blend of tried and tested design and business methodologies and robust training programme, which made Home Stagers the industry leader throughout Europe.
Home Stagers was the only nationally recognised company specialising in professional home staging in the UK, with nationwide coverage delivered through independent stylists who were trained using the British Academy of Home Stagers methodology. Each UK stylist received professional training and certification to ensure they delivered a professional quality home staging service throughout the UK.
After much interest from all around the world, the British Academy of Home Stagers - BAHS - was launched and the first overseas delegates were trained.
The British Academy of Home Stagers offers training programmes in Professional Home Staging which have been especially designed for individuals looking to establish their own property staging business anywhere in the world.
Not only do you learn about the “art of styling” and “science of staging” which means you know HOW to present a property for sale, but more importantly, you learn how to start and grow your own professional home staging business.
The British Academy of Home Stagers training programmes include an intensive Professional Home Staging Boot Camp in the UK, and 1-day and 3-day certificated programmes on our International Road Shows worldwide
