Price: on application, but will be less then US$10,000 (depending on variable exchange rate at the time). All you need to do is register your interest on line by completing this form and you will be able to immediately download your information pack, together with details of all the fees and the investment required.

The International Boot Camp will take place at Makeney Hall Country House which is a splendid Victorian mansion retreat set in 6 acres of beautiful landscaped grounds, situated in the picturesque village of Milford, in Derbyshire, at the heart of England.
Makeney Hall was chosen for its excellent training and residential facilities, period charm and intimate surroundings, warm and friendly atmosphere, combined with the tranquil surroundings of the Derwent Valley which all go to enhance the total learning experience.

| As a non UK resident do I have to pay VAT? |
This depends on what country you are a resident of.
The printed manual and training documentation is zero rated for VAT so no VAT is charged to you (this also applies to UK delegates).
For EEC and non-EEC delegates:
- Non EEC delegates will be charged 17.5% VAT on the residential Boot Camp training.
- EEC delegates (non UK) will be charged 17.5% VAT on the residential Boot Camp training.
- Non UK delegates may be able to reclaim VAT on return to their home country under the refund scheme (Notice 723 section 5.15 & 7).
